Our forest honey is wild harvested from natural rock hives and ancient tree hollows deep in the forests of the Nilgiris, Anamalai, and Kalakad Mundanthurai Tiger Reserve — one of the richest biodiversity zones in peninsular India. The bees that make this honey forage across thousands of acres of wild flowering trees — neem, jamun, pepper, and rare forest blooms — giving each batch its distinctive dark amber colour, complex flavour, and extraordinarily high pollen count.
Harvested by tribal forest communities using traditional smoke methods with zero harm to the hive, the honey is strained through a coarse mesh to remove wax and debris — and nothing else. It is never heated above 40°C, never ultra-filtered, and never blended with sugar syrup or invert sugar. What you receive is raw, living honey with active enzymes, propolis, natural pollen, and the full spectrum of antioxidants intact.
